Data Processing Agreement

1. Introduction
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between SINGHOME JOY PTE. LTD. ("Tokligence", "Processor") and you ("Controller") for the provision of Tokligence services.
2. Scope and Purpose
This DPA applies to all processing of personal data by Tokligence on behalf of the Controller in connection with the provision of our services, including Tokligence Guard, Gateway, Marketplace, and Cladex.
3. Data Processing Principles
Tokligence agrees to:
- Process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller
- Ensure persons authorized to process data have committed to confidentiality
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Assist the Controller in responding to data subject requests
- Delete or return all personal data upon termination of services
4. Security Measures
Tokligence maintains comprehensive security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
- Zero data retention policy for processed content
5. Sub-processors
Tokligence may engage sub-processors to assist in providing services. We maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors and will notify the Controller of any intended changes.
6. International Transfers
Tokligence supports multi-region deployment including Singapore, US, EU, and China. Data never leaves your chosen region. For cross-border transfers, we implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
7. GDPR Compliance
This DPA is designed to meet the requirements of Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Tokligence acts as a processor when processing personal data on behalf of the Controller.
