Tokligence provides AI infrastructure services including but not limited to:
- Tokligence Guard - Sensitive data protection for LLM interactions
- Tokligence Gateway - LLM routing and provider management
- Token Marketplace - AI token trading platform
- Cladex - AI development platform

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by SINGHOME JOY PTE. LTD. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
